’Tis Me

I don’t fit easily into a single title - and I don’t try to.
My work lives at the intersection of witnessing energy, embodiment, beauty, and lived experience, shaped as much by reading, travel, curiosity, and devotion to the senses as by years of study and an ever-evolving practice. I’m drawn to environments and conversations that are an invitation to be: the ocean at dusk, a velvety latte, my favorite leather journal, dinners that stretch for hours, evocative questions that linger and the allowance of space where something real can arise.
What I offer isn’t a method to follow or a fixed identity to adopt. It’s a way of being with what is present - intentional, spacious, quietly alchemical.
And also real!
I believe the holy and the profane belong at the same table.
My favorite French restaurant in Santa Barbara, the kind where you dress in evening attire and savor every course, serves coffee at the end in whimsical mugs shaped like monkeys and cows. It's surprising. Playful. Perfect. A reminder that reverence doesn’t require rigidity.
That’s the spirit of Kicking Astrals.
Sometimes it feels like communion with God and your angelic team.
Sometimes it feels like life just kicked your ass.
Both are an initiation.
People come to me when they’ve already done a great deal of work. They are capable, intuitive, and resourced - sensing a desire for more: more expansion, more ease, more abundance, or a fuller expression of what is now true. I listen beyond strategy and story, attuning to where alignment wants to return - or begin.
The work moves across life, leadership, and business - wherever identity, capacity and receiving are ready to expand.
That is where the next reflection of you emerges.
There’s room here for intuition, beauty, paradox, and pleasure - for depth without drama and change without force. For elegance without pretense. For laughter as an ingredient of sanity.
If the resonance is there, you’ll know.
What else might be possible?
You’re welcome to explore.

I came into this work during one of the most tender and demanding chapters of my life—newly divorced, raising three daughters, and building something from the ground up.
What I experienced was not just support, but a steady, grounding presence that brought calm and clarity into our home. There was a deep attunement—to me, to my children, and to what was needed before it could be articulated.
The work created a sense of safety and stability that allowed each of us to settle, regulate, and trust our own inner boundaries. What shifted wasn’t dramatic - it was foundational and continues - to this day.
I’m grateful for the care, discernment, and integrity that shaped this experience. It left a lasting imprint on how I parent, how I listen, how I hold myself and my family through change and how my children get to experience life.

I didn’t just change paths—I learned how to trust myself again.

Playful, precise, and deeply spacious.
What cleared wasn’t just blocks - it was confusion.
What remained was joy, clarity, and the next steps of my work.
